In my last ten years, I have been working as a user experience, user interface designer and also been involved in development and analytics areas, which are essential to receive feedback from users, and allow me to take action and streamline features. My main responsibilities included benchmarks, flows, interactive prototypes and, visual design deliveries to send to the development team, following company guidelines to the letter, and always focusing on user-centered design.
While I was growing in design, I had the opportunity to learn about soft skills, that showed me that I should empathise with the technical team to streamline the process. It was when I decided to train in HTML markup language and CSS styles, that should work properly for the new era of mobile devices, such as mobile phone, smart watches, googles, etc.
In my efforts to try to be a better professional, I have some experience building sites in Wordpress, and installing and building sites with Elementor. To improve my career path, also, I have received learnings in SEO and accessibility, that I humbly consider to be of the utmost importance, if “I cannot see you”, or, if “I am not able” to use your product, you are not considering all people in the world.
Finally, I wanted to discover how to measure my job, features, new products, meet my users, etc. so I started to train in analytics, taking courses in GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarify, sending surveys with Microsoft Forms, Google Survey and Typeform for quantitative research, and testing interactive prototypes that I have designed.
In addition, I have a long experience creating reels and 3d virtual environments, which you could see on a portfolio page, closing my argument on the home page, that I would prefer that you know me, as a designer.
