Overview
I was responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the private member area for the AI Cluster of the Community of Madrid. Built within a WordPress environment, the project focused on creating a professional, secure space where members of the AI ecosystem could access exclusive resources and connect through a protected digital environment.
Challenge
The main challenge was to create a members-only experience that balanced security with usability. The platform needed to protect strategic content while still offering a clear, frictionless journey for users with different access levels and professional needs.
My Role
My role covered the design and implementation of the complete member experience, from authentication flows to access structure and navigation patterns. The goal was to make the platform feel both trustworthy and easy to use for busy professionals in the AI sector.
Approach
Using the Ultimate Member framework, I built and customized the full authentication architecture, including front-end registration, secure login, and automated password recovery flows. I also worked with the Cluster team to define custom user roles and content restrictions, ensuring that access rules supported both usability and security.
Outcome
The result was a robust membership hub that gave the AI Cluster a stronger digital foundation for secure interaction, controlled access, and future community growth.
