EIBC No-Code Digitalization Program: Design, E-commerce, and Analytics Training Series

Overview

The EIBC No-Code Digitalization Program was created to help SMEs strengthen their digital capabilities through practical training in design, e-commerce, and analytics. My focus was on helping participants overcome technical barriers and gain more confidence in managing their own digital presence without needing to code.

Challenge

The challenge was not only to teach digital tools, but to make them approachable and relevant for people facing real business constraints. The program needed to translate topics such as UX/UI design, WordPress-based e-commerce, GA4, and Hotjar into practical knowledge that business owners could actually apply.

My Role

I contributed creative direction, training support, and strategic guidance across multiple editions of the program. My role included helping structure the learning experience and making complex topics easier to understand through clear, actionable examples.

Approach

The program was built around open dialogue and practical learning. Whether the topic was UX/UI design, prototyping, e-commerce implementation, or analytics, I focused on connecting each concept to the day-to-day challenges SMEs face when building or improving their digital presence.

Outcome

Across multiple editions of the program, I provided the design and strategic support needed to help turn digital curiosity into practical progress. The result was a training experience that made design, e-commerce, and analytics more accessible to the SME community.
